Risk warning
Aurum Desk provides automated trading signals, not financial advice. Trading Gold and Bitcoin carries a high risk of loss. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Aurum Desk ("the Service", "we", "us"), a subscription website that provides automated trading signals for Gold and Bitcoin. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. What the Service provides
Aurum Desk provides automated, rule-based trading signals for Gold (XAU/USD) and Bitcoin (BTC/USD), including entry price, stop loss, take profit targets and related commentary, delivered through the website and private Telegram channels.
The Service is informational only. We do not execute trades on your behalf, we do not hold your money, and we do not have access to your brokerage or exchange account. All trading decisions and trade executions are made solely by you.
3. Not financial advice
Nothing on Aurum Desk — including signals, commentary, blog posts, statistics, track records or messages on Telegram — constitutes financial, investment or trading advice, nor a personal recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.
We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to provide investment advice. The Service provides automated market commentary and educational-style information only.
Trading Gold, Bitcoin and similar instruments carries a high level of risk. Prices can move sharply against you and you can lose more than your initial deposit, particularly when using leverage. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Past performance of our signals is not a reliable indicator of future results, and no level of win rate, accuracy or profitability is promised or guaranteed.
4. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
You may not share your account with others, resell access, redistribute signals outside your personal use, or attempt to bypass payment or access controls. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms without refund.
5. Subscriptions, payment and renewal
Access to the Service costs £30 per month unless a different price is shown at checkout. Payment is taken in advance through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not see or store your full card details.
Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further payments are taken after that.
Promo codes may grant free or discounted access for a limited period. Promo codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and we may withdraw or change them at any time.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Service or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future payments; it does not create a right to a refund for the current billing period, because signals and access are delivered continuously throughout it.
No refund can be issued once membership is bought. All membership payments are final and non-refundable. Because signals, website access and Telegram channel access are delivered immediately and continuously from the moment of purchase, the membership cannot be returned or undone, and no refund — full or partial — is given for unused time, unused signals, missed signals, trading losses or dissatisfaction with results.
If we materially change the Service to your disadvantage, or terminate your access without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.
7. Telegram channels
Subscribers receive personal, one-time join links to our private Telegram channels, one per robot. These links are for your personal use only and must not be shared.
When your access expires or your subscription ends, your access to the Telegram channels is removed automatically. We are not responsible for Telegram outages, message delivery failures, or actions taken by Telegram that affect your access.
8. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep the robots, website and Telegram channels running continuously, but the Service is provided "as is". Signals may be delayed, fewer in number, or absent during market closures, quiet market conditions, technical faults, or maintenance. Gold signals are not produced while the gold market is closed.
We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the Service, including robot settings and behaviour, at any time. We may also update these Terms; the current version is always on this page, and continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Acceptable use
You must not: attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Service; scrape signals or content at scale; use automated tools to extract content; probe or test security controls without permission; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Administrative access is restricted to authorised operators of the Service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its signals, commentary or statistics.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Contact and governing law
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@aurumdesk.co.uk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
